Every asset and location can have a physical QR + NFC tag. Staff scan the tag or tap it with any phone — no app download, no login required. Tags can also be placed in public-facing locations: a gas station bathroom, a hotel guest room, a lobby — anyone can scan to report an issue instantly, no account needed. The scan logs a report, inspection, or work order that is geo-tagged, timestamped, and tied to the asset's full service history. It's the fastest path from problem to work order on the market.

Yes. Tenants and guests submit requests via WhatsApp or SMS — just text a number. No app download, no account creation. Messages are parsed by AI, enriched with asset context, and routed directly into the work order queue with urgency triaged automatically.

Every Clickpad plan includes the AI Copilot — an AI assistant that answers questions about your building, drafts work orders, summarises maintenance history, and flags anomalies. Voice work orders are supported via an AI voice layer (phone calls transcribed into structured tickets). IoT sensor feeds trigger predictive alerts before failures occur.

Vendors get a scoped portal — they see only the work orders and asset data assigned to them, nothing else. Property managers can issue scoped access, track bid submissions, approve work, and log job completions. Full accountability with zero system-wide exposure.
